How BI added volunteering to their company-wide summit

Employees worked alongside nonprofit leaders to brainstorm actionable solutions to a variety of community challenges, providing expert advice on topics like marketing, impact measurement, and organizational strategy. Within hours, 168 employees broke out into groups and helped 16 nonprofits. Not only did Boehringer Ingelheim volunteers provide transformational solutions that day, many committed to stay in touch beyond the event.

What makes Catchafire volunteer events so meaningful?

Each event is specifically curated to your needs and connected back to the bigger purpose of the event.

We plan and prep by working closely with each nonprofit participant to help them craft an appropriate challenge, learn how to facilitate a fruitful brainstorm, and show up prepared.

A dedicated event manager runs end-to-end logistics and is on-site to support day of.

Through surveys, we gather feedback to ensure our approach remains highly impactful for volunteer and nonprofit participants.
