Account Executive & Enterprise Account Executive

Essence of the Role

Catchafire's Enterprise Solution is the key revenue driver of the company and is intended to accelerate the adoption of Catchafire by companies, foundations, and, ultimately, professionals and nonprofits. In just one year, the Enterprise Solution has become a significant driver of Catchafire's growth; as an Account Executive or an Enterprise Account Executive you will be working to design, market, and sell our Enterprise Solution to Fortune 500 companies, large foundations, and large nonprofit networks.

Catchafire's Enterprise Solution is an innovative, visionary solution. As such, Catchafire's CEO plays an important role in forging new relationships and raising awareness for Catchafire by meeting with C-Suite leaders at events such as the World Economic Forum. We also generate opportunities via thought leadership and key relationships. The essence of your role will be to forge new business partnerships and shepherd our high quality leads all the way to close. This includes developing sophisticated and effective proposals, managing a robust pipeline, cultivating relationships, and, ultimately, selling Catchafire through complex organizations.

Enterprise Account Executive Responsibilities
  • Lead our most innovative deals with high-profile clients from start to finish

  • Proven success working with large enterprise clients, ideally having been in more than one kind of B2B accounts or sales role. Our sale is a large (six to seven digits), complex sale to C-Suite executives at large charitable foundations and Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience that establishes an intuitive understanding of how large organizations work and an ability to quickly speak the language of different companies and/or large foundations. Ideally, both.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation and verbal and written communications skills

Business Analyst

Essence of the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will support the Director of Finance and Operations on a wide range of projects aimed to improve Catchafire’s ability to deliver impact to both our Enterprise partners and platform users.

Your work will be highly cross functional, and you and the Director of Finance and Operations will form the Data Analytics function. This will be a horizontal function that touches every part of the Catchafire team: you will integrate and centralize data from each of our functions to guide the performance of the company as a whole.

You will be expected to:
  • Develop and maintain data tools, models, and reporting processes to help functional teams access and evaluate critical data, and make data-driven decisions
  • Analyze data and develop, track, and assess KPIs across the organization, spanning Product, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Operations, and Finance
  • Become an expert on our key performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes or tools, and implement solutions
  • Work on special projects. Examples of these projects include setting up and running research studies with our partners and academic institutions, improve our reporting system to inform the adoption rate of our users, implement experiments to further our research.

Senior Associate, Foundation Accounts

Essence of the Role

The Accounts Senior Associate is responsible for key internal and external tasks that are required to deliver the best quality service to Catchafire enterprise clients. You are on the front line and manage our enterprise clients to deliver an effective program. You’ll coordinate teammates across marketing, customer success, product and tech in order to produce deliverables and drive to successful client outcomes. The person best suited to this role is naturally organized, has superior interpersonal and communication skills, and, with more experience, has the makings of an effective project manager and an excellent client relationship builder. You have a desire to learn about program design and management, client service, marketing strategy, and tech and product development.

You will be expected to:
  • Manage all program activities for the account, including client management and relationship-building activities. This work may include:
    • supporting the development of a client management and engagement strategy
    • drafting pre and post meeting emails to the client
    • managing client contacts and owning those relationships
    • coordinating client and internal schedules
  • Support the Accounts teamon forward-looking, strategic client work such as program design, program reshaping, and renewal. This work may also include drafting, fleshing out, or refining the team’s initial ideas for the strategy.
  • Manage internal teams to generate deliverables for the client. Lead projects and coordinate internally to ensure that deadlines are met and that the quality of work is high. Be a responsive team player, providing knowledge of the accounts and input on teammates’ internal projects and initiatives
  • Work with the team in transitioning the client from Partnership Development to Accounts, procurement, and client onboarding
  • Coordinate with Tech and Product Teams, including input on product specs, troubleshooting with site bugs, navigating backend systems, and testing features in a QA environment

Manual Quality Assurance Analyst

Essence of the Role

Catchafire is looking for a Manual Quality Assurance Analyst to plan and coordinate testing across our development activities by developing reusable and precise test specification cases, processes, and standards. He or she will be responsible for developing and executing manual tests, regression testing, investigating and assisting in problem analysis, and resolution of delivered software components. Additionally this role will collaborate with development on automation initiatives.

Note: this role is a Manual testing role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead priority quality assurance for new features and optimizations
  • Create and maintain scripted tests, based on product specifications and user data, to maintain the right combination of operating systems and browsers (based on user data)
  • Oversee macro QA process across product, design and development seeking continuous improvement and optimization
  • Manage the discovery and inbound reporting of bugs in collaboration with the Customer Success team - determine criticality and communicate effectively
  • Participate and coordinate in overall automation efforts helping to build a practical approach to automated functional and regression testing
  • Participate in story-point estimates with a keen eye toward QA complexity
  • Build and execute a practical regression testing strategy for critical back-end elements and happy paths on the platform
  • Manage QA overage coordination with external QA crowdsourcing platform
  • Contribute to as-is documentation to drive test scripting and product development

Responsibilities
  • Act as Scrum Master for one or multiple teams, providing a learning environment to maximize team efficacy and overall business value

As Business Development Senior Associate, you will be supporting the Business Development Director, VP of Partnerships, and CEO as they develop sophisticated and effective proposals, manage a robust pipeline, cultivate relationships, and sell Catchafire through complex organizations. You are an organized team player, a strategic thinker, a natural talent in communications and interpersonal skills, and have long-term aspirations for a career in business development and building large, complex partnerships to drive results. Business Development Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize internal systems for the Business Development Team in order to make the team as a whole stronger, faster, and more effective; own the details of pipeline and lead management while taking on increasing strategic responsibilities in order to create capacity for senior members of the business development team to focus on the most important things. Experience with SalesLoft, Salesforce and lead generation best practices is preferred
