What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

We have an employee's handbook, but we haven't had a professional HR representative to look at it. We'd love your support to update our doc.

What we have in place
  • We currently have current handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated person for this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to send 3 youth to the Self-Love Bootcamp for Teens [?]

We are growing and our ability to provide resources for our team is growing with us. This will help us to ensure we are meeting the needs of our organization.

Light of Loving Kindness is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that empowers a new generation of conscious leaders by providing access to streams of self-awareness, through specialized programming, mindfulness-based solutions, social-emotional learning, human connection, nature, art, and holistic wellness tools that cultivate the self-esteem and confidence needed to pursue their life's purpose.
