Hello! I will soon be taking on a more managerial role within my current workplace and would love some general coaching in task delegation and interior management.

What we have in place
  • I have a very flexible schedule and a lot of enthusiasm!
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to serve our students and pay our entry level staff better.

We are looking as an organization to expand and have more dedicated managers, rather than staff who also manage a department on top of their workload. I will be transitioning into this role by the end of 2021, so I'd like to get some coaching on how to be an effective manager.

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager decide on specific areas to focus on and goals for coaching sessions
  • Professional communicates if feedback from other members of the Organization will be necessary

  • In-depth discussions may include issues such as strategy and goal-setting, program management, personnel management, and board management
  • Various techniques may be employed by the Leadership Coach to achieve the desired results

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional evaluate lessons learned and progress made
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss areas and actionable items to focus on going forward
