12 PLUS aims to increase educational equity by building school cultures that inspire academic achievement and empower students to succeed in education beyond the 12th grade.

To make this mission a reality, 12 PLUS addresses school culture through three avenues: the environment, the people, and the message.

Our vision is that all students are equipped to achieve their higher education goals in pursuit of greater economic and personal prospects.
