Justice for Our Neighbors Michigan welcomes and supports immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers through legal services and social actions.

What We Do

Justice for Our Neighbor's (JFON) primary goals are to humanize the plight of immigrants and to fully welcome them into our community by providing free, high quality immigration legal services, education, and advocacy. Our goal for families, with household members who are foreign-born, is for them to attain legal immigration status and realize their full participation in American economic and civic life.
JFON's goals are rooted in a deep awareness of our interconnected humanity and why free legal immigration services offered by JFON are necessary.
Based on the current immigration climate and on the humanity inherent to the JFON model, our focus on honest and accessible legal services, education, outreach, and advocacy is needed now, more than ever.
