What we need
- An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage

Members of the Youth Task Force of HTS2S Coalition have created videos to encourage youth substance use prevention. These videos will be used in various campaigns. The coalition needs to add intros or outros to the videos in order to frame the context of the videos and/or highlight the campaign to which the videos are referring. For example, a video could need something as simple as including a web address and/or phone number at the end. In some cases, the needs are more complex.
What we have in place
- We currently have a bank of videos that are already created, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have equipment, some editing software,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to go forward and effectively promote our three primary campaigns. It also will save us significant time in attempting to edit the videos ourselves.
The project will help promote three different campaigns of the organization, Not 2 Vape, a campaign to advertise cessation services; No Menthol Season, a campaign advocating for the FDA to ban Menthol in cigarettes; and a Social Media Video View Contest, a contest to see which videos submitted from youth get the most views. The youth with the most views will receive a cash prize and be eligible for a scholarship.

Our mission
Henrico Too Smart 2 Start Coalition is a 501 (C) 3 Non-Profit Organization that promotes health and wellness in Henrico County with a primary focus on reducing youth substance abuse through education, advocacy and capacity building.
What we do
(1) Empower youth to design and lead substance use prevention strategies by facilitating a youth task force, e.g. prevention marketing campaigns, prevention town halls, and engaging policy makers. (2) Providing information through marketing campaigns and skill development through interactive activities to youth throughout Henrico County, Virginia in order to encourage substance use prevention. (3) Providing information and skill development opportunities in order to empower parents to engage youth around substance use prevention, e.g. initiating crucial conversations and setting substance free rules, expectations, and goals.
