Mission

Henrico Too Smart 2 Start Coalition is a 501 (C) 3 Non-Profit Organization that promotes health and wellness in Henrico County with a primary focus on reducing youth substance abuse through education, advocacy and capacity building.

What We Do

(1) Empower youth to design and lead substance use prevention strategies by facilitating a youth task force, e.g. prevention marketing campaigns, prevention town halls, and engaging policy makers. (2) Providing information through marketing campaigns and skill development through interactive activities to youth throughout Henrico County, Virginia in order to encourage substance use prevention. (3) Providing information and skill development opportunities in order to empower parents to engage youth around substance use prevention, e.g. initiating crucial conversations and setting substance free rules, expectations, and goals.
