Customer Database (CRM) Audit
Customer Database (CRM) Audit
Project details
What we need
- Assessment of Organization’s current CRM practices with recommendations on improvements such as setup, maintenance, integrations with other systems, and insights reporting
- Recommendations on a new CRM system and related costs (if necessary) such as Airtable, Bloomerang, Kindful, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or Salsa CRM
- Note: This project does not include implementation of recommended CRM platform. For a project to advise and implement an entire system, try our Customer Database (CRM) Setup project
Additional details
Our data is current in Microsoft 365 PowerApps, which I have found to be relatively useless as a CRM, needing development from a consultant every time I am seeking a new report, additional fields...anything. PowerApps has our members, but not additional subscribers, attendees for events or other lists we are managing. We have lists everywhere! We are also looking to redevelop our website and keen for the CRM to be integrated.
What we have in place
- We currently have a database of members and other various lists, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a brief of what our needs are, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,315 , allowing us to remain focused on program and project delivery rather than spending time managing lists
As a small charity we simply do not have the time nor expertise to find the right solution. With a 75 year history locally and 175 year history internationally, we must bring ourselves into the modern age, create more efficiencies so we can focus on program and project delivery rather than list management

Community Programs
Courage to Care Vic: We believe that ordinary people have the power to make a positive difference to the lives of others by being Upstanders.
Our Upstander Programs educate participants on the dangers of racism, prejudice, discrimination and bullying and offer practical tools to help empower participants to take positive action - in the schoolyard, workplaces, and in our communities. Our Upstander Programs are delivered by our team of skilled and dedicated volunteers and feature inspiring testimonies from Holocaust Survivor Speakers.
