Board Responsibilities & Structure

Project details

What we need
  • Document outlining relationship of board to your organization, including its role, responsibilities, and structure
  • Document defining the roles and responsibilities of individual board members, including empty seats if applicable
Additional details

We need everything! Currently we have our President, Vice-President, and Secretary. We need to know how to properly set-up and manage a successful board; and looking for someone to walk us through the process.

What we have in place
  • We are looking for someone that doesn't mind walking us through this process from start to finish. We need to establish a strong foundation for our Board of Directors to use going forward as our organization grows.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to continue mission progression helping adults get the education and career tools they need to live a better quality of life.

The Board of Directors is the first line when it comes to a non-profit. It is important that we establish strong foundations while we develop and manage a dependable and diverse board. This project will allow us to scale in terms of stability and efficiency. We want future partners and donors to see that we have a strong board that is active in fulfilling the organization's mission in the community.
