Project details

What we need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details

We are a small nonprofit (currently 11 employees), but growing, and would like to assess all the pieces discussed in this project and especially determining our pay structure and whether we should be increasing salaries and how to undertake this. A majority of our staff are directly out of college or this is their first position. We are aiming to be a more equitable organization.

What we have in place
  • We currently have position descriptions, employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have HR benefits that we can pull, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,090 , allowing us to reinvest in staff support!

Personnel are the lifeline of a nonprofit. Ensuring we are keeping employees happy will lead to a positive working environment and increased morale.

Testimonials

Angelita (Angie) was such a professional and our organization learned so much from her patient, data-driven explanations on our compensation plans. She took great care to not only make wonderful recommendations catered to our organization, but provided clarity on next steps for our organization.

Compensation Plan Project

It was a pleasure working with Asian American Lead Executive Director and his team in establishing their pay structure and recommendations on how they remain competitive in their industry. It was a great learning experience as well especially that this is my first time to work with non-profit organization.
