- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans

The main goals of this project include the following:
- Reviewing employee compensation to ensure its competitive with the market. This includes existing employees and 4 future positions that will be posted in the short term future.
- Review non-monetary rewards offering which includes potential company and project equity offerings in addition to 401(k)matching.
- Review employee bonus plan incentives including executive compensation
What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions, payroll and current benefit plan documents, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a legal memo for with options for equity compensation plans, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,120 , allowing us to prioritize those funds in community development projects.
This project will help our organization recruit and retain talent to continue to do Inclusive Neighborhood Development. Retention is a major challenge with Community Development Organizations and we're seeking to build a sustainable organization where we've recruited some exceptional talent and would like to ensure we can continue to remain competitive with the market.

preserve the values of their neighborhood. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of JEI, EJDevCo engages in real estate development activities to expand sources of revenue and capital that support and further JEI's charitable activities.
