Project details
What we need
- A written analysis of the Organization's position in the community it serves and its ability to address identified needs/problems for its beneficiaries
- A summary of the Organization's strengths and weaknesses, related to its program goals as needed
- A summary of competitors or potential collaborators
- An appendix of all data gathered to perform analysis, including sources
Additional details
As our Benedictine Center (retreat center) comes out of COVID and begins to plan for expansion, we need to better understand the market potential for our service offerings going forward. This analysis will feed into a business plan with realistic cash flow projections.
What we have in place
- We currently have phased expansion framework, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Marketing and Communications Coordinator, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,948 , allowing us to preserve seed funding for new growth. It allows us to create a realistic business plan and cash flow projections that will provide the basis for attracting investors, donors and acquiring bank loans.
