Project details

What we need
  • High-resolution logo delivered in vector (.ai, .svg, .eps) and raster (.png, .jpg, .tiff) file formats for digital and print use.
Additional details

The Arctic Institute is launching a podcast and we need your help in designing a logo! Our podcast, called TAI's Bookshelf, features conversations with different authors of new Arctic papers, books, and studies every two weeks. We would like to create a logo for the podcast that we can use for promotional materials

What we have in place
  • We currently have a dedicated staff person to assist you, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have episodes for your inspiration & a general TAI design guide, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to produce more podcast episodes in 2021 and feature more voices.

We are dedicated to sharing the work of early career professionals, scholars, writers, and traditional knowledge holders in our podcast. With your help, we can create a logo to increase those following our podcast and introduce more listeners to new ideas, studies, and voices in Arctic research.

Our mission

TAI envisions a world in which the Arctic’s diverse and complex sources of insecurity are identified, understood, and innovatively resolved. We hope to achieve this by informing Arctic policy across the circumpolar region through objective, multidisciplinary, and innovative social science research. We do this through publishing high-quality, open access research on a range of issues relating to security in the High North; providing innovative policy analysis and recommendations to policymakers a

What we do

The Arctic Institute is an independent international institute dedicated to research of and engagement in the many dimensions of Arctic insecurity. Established in 2011, TAI provides data, analysis, and recommendations to policymakers, researchers, media, and the interested public. Based in Washington, DC, TAI’s network of research associates extends across North America, Scandinavia, and the European Union.

Testimonials

Victoria is an incredible graphic designer and I could not recommend her highly enough. She diligently listened to our needs and vision, and contributed her own design insights and expertise to produce a logo for our new podcast, The Arctic Institute's Booksehlf, that we will use on Apple podcasts, our website, and on social media. Not only that, she produced these in record time and we were able to include the logo in our podcast launch! We are 100% satisfied with her work and strongly recommend using Victoria to bring your organization's vision to life.
