Project details

What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

We need someone to assist us in making our website more easy to navigate and make more attractive so that we can attract more donors. Our current website https://www.amazinggraceinc.org/ is a little outdated and looks like it too. We need someone who has an eye for good website design to completely turn around our website!

What we have in place

How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to put that money towards more resources for those in need and creating and maintaining our community programs.

Websites are for the internet like front desk receptionists are for offices: they are the face and they are supposed to be the best representation of that organization. Right now, our website does not represent our non-profit like I know it could. This website is important because it is how people see us before they actually see us. With a better website, we can bring in more traffic to our website and more people will enter in our programs or give donations.

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site
