- A professionally designed annual report, up to 20 pages, with print-ready specifications

Good day,
We would like to improve the look and 'feel' of our Annual Report. Historically, it has been a 4 page document document printed on heavy stock which included financials, letter from the ED, and various information about our accomplishments from the past year. As we are about to enter into a capital campaign, we'd love to update our AR.
What we have in place
- We currently have previous files of our Annual Report, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have pictures to use as placeholders, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to provide items, such as socks, personal hygiene, bedding, and toiletries to the people we serve at our homeless shelters.
As stated earlier, we are going to launch the public phase of a capital campaign and would love to have a refreshed look for our annual report.

The Lynn Shelter Association believes that every person deserves a place to call home. We work alongside individuals and families to create a supportive environment-- by listening and building relationships-- empowering them to define and pursue their goals. Programs and services include shelter, supportive services, housings solutions and access to a continuum of community supports to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and those at risk.
What we do
The Lynn Shelter Association provides shelter, supportive services, housings solutions and access to a continuum of community supports to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and those at risk. We serve over 1,000 individual and families each year, including parenting youth, children, veterans and those living with HIV/AIDS.
