Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We recently underwent a merger, name change, re-org, diversture, and staffing turnover. It is time to update the employee handbook. We have begun the process--- but no one on staff is an HR professional--- we need fresh eyes and expert analysis. What is missing? What is outdated? What aren't we thinking about? What is overkill? What is unclear? etc etc etc

What we have in place
  • We currently have recently edited & updated file, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have ability to provide more details about our work/operations, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,380 , allowing us to provide a small grant to a local senior-serving organization.

After so many changes--- that affected our workforce size and type--- we need to ensure our policies are rock solid. Many of our employees have indicated that they may retire in the next 5 years--- so we need to be sure we are attracting quality candidates.

This is the second time I've worked with them. They are easy to work with and their concern for their mission shows. I'm glad to help them save time and resources to focus upon their mission. You'll enjoy working with TCF!
