Additional details
We have several open positions. Some have been open for more than six months and are still not filled. We'd like assistance to make our recruitment and hiring more rapid and effective.
What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions on all open positions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our recruitment process outlined, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,765 , allowing us to keep 500 more youth out of the justice system and succeeding in school if we have all our positions filled.
CYS has been instrumental in creating a radical transformation of the juvenile justice system in Los Angeles County. As a result, we've been asked to scale up and grow quickly. That potential can only be met by rapidly growing our team with the right talent.

Centinela Youth Services strengthens families and communities and helps build successful students and productive adults, leveraging the principles of restorative justice to empower peaceful conflict resolution. We are committed to ending the institutionalized practices in schools and justice systems that are primarily responsible for maintaining the school-to-prison pipeline, and disproportionately impact youth of color.
