Project details

What we need
  • Visual branding guidelines / style guide that include specific colors, fonts, and other graphic design elements to use in print and digital communications materials for the event
  • High-resolution logo delivered electronically (in formats applicable for digital and print use)
Additional details

The Arctic Institute is launching a new series of events for young professional engaged in Arctic issues through work in research, policy, science, advocacy, and security to build new friendships, collaborations, and support for one another called "Network North - The Arctic Institute's Professional Networking Event Series." And we need your help to create a brand & identity for our series of happy hours in major cities across Europe and North America to bring people together!

What we have in place
  • We currently have an event name and description, and photos from past events, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated staff person ready to help you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to run networking events to catalyze new partnerships and projects across countries for a just and sustainable Arctic.

We are stronger together when it comes to working towards a just, sustainable, and secure Arctic - but only if we create the spaces to meet other dedicated professionals working towards this vision. With your help in creating a brand identity on bringing people together over food, drink, and conversation we can connect, collaborate, and create a multinational network that can make a difference.

Testimonials

Virginia was an incredible designer who went above and beyond to make our brand for a new series of professional networking happy hours the best it could possibly be. Not only was she extremely professional, organized, and a great project manager, but she was able to listen to our needs and proceed in an iterative process to make sure they were all met in a timely manner. Her logo design, insights, and expertise shined in her mockups of posters, social media images, and website assets, and her suggestions for how to use and change our graphics ensured that even after her work was done, the project would be successful. I could not recommend Virginia highly enough to those who are in need of a designer and branding expert.
