Employee Review Process
Project details
What we need
- A documented process outlining how to administer a top-down, peer-to-peer, or a full 360 employee review process
- A communication plan to share the process with others in the Organization to help them understand the approach and desired outcomes
- Recommendations on tools that can be used to collect feedback (anonymous or identified) and organize quantitative and qualitative results
- Best practices for rolling out the performance reviews, and coaching advice for managers and individual contributors
Additional details
**What I need most is a revised tool in a format that is end-user friendly. I'd love to revisit the full scope of our employee review process as set forth in the project menus, but I really need to revamp the tools itself most urgently. Would prefer something in Word form format, as Adobe versions - where it currently resides - have become spotty across the organization.
What we have in place
- We currently have eval and self-eval tools, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have eval policies, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,508 , allowing us to assign HR professional time to other equally necessary and timely projects. Lots of enhancements taking place all of the time! :)
Because our Adobe based tool isn't currently and universally available to all employees we've resumed hand-written evaluations, which is inefficient and presents problems. We also want to streamline the tool last devised to be easier to complete and still hit the marks we need to include in our eval process.

Easy to work with. In this case, they already had a good grasp of their needs and were doing decent with it. In this case, I was able to help them refine what they were doing. Smart, motivated and determined to be best-in-class!
