Team Happiness!! We are transitioning inside the organization. We are five years old and preparing for major growth and development. We have done the work of mission and vision work - providing more clarity as we move forward.

What we have in place
  • We currently have done the vision and mission work, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some data on program redesign and restructuring, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,723 , allowing us to invest in professional development education opportunities for staff

We are 5 years old. We are at a critical point of growth. We need to take time to reflect and build off of the assets of the organization While also supportively looking at the change work that we need to do that might be uncomfortable!

Build the organizational muscle to grow and nurture everyone under the organizational umbrella. The transition from an intimate family women-owned business to a nex gen organization with diversified talent. Build the capacity of everyone in the organization.
