Biography
I am an Executive and Leadership Coach and Mentor who does transformative work with emerging leaders who care deeply about their impact and the communities they build. I have a special place in my heart for the challenges facing early career professionals. My clients step into the world with confidence; finding their true passion and drive from a space that lives deep within every one of us. My approach is psycho-spiritual, helping clients trust their authentic self to find ease in the flow of life.
I am a certified Transformative coach, and a Newfield Network Certified Coach. I have an MBA in finance and a BBA in marketing. Prior to starting my coaching practice, I was the Chief Operating Officer with the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh, and before that, was the founding CEO of Cool Space Locator, a non-profit dedicated to bringing businesses into urban neighborhoods. I am author of the series "How to Succeed in Work and Life, an Inside-Out Guide for Young Professionals," and the owner/editor of the Medium publication, "Less Stress, More Success," a publication that promotes the teachings of Sydney Banks and the 3 Principles.
I have been married for 33 years full of adventure and fun and have raised two amazing children. I spend my free time biking, hiking, studying Jewish Mysticism, traveling and training my dog Oscar.
