Project details

What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

We have a WordPress website that needs to be updated with a new theme and a new tab / page outline. We also want to combine an existing separate website into this new framework. This update includes a more dynamic home page with an autoplay, looping video slider, blog posts and upcoming events list. The Communications staff working on this project has introductory level skills with web development. We need a professional to work with her on the specific tasks needed to complete this update.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a staff member, layout plans, and a style guide, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have content, login data connected to 2 current websites, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to create and purchase marketing in both print and digital formats for raising funds and advertising upcoming events and services.

We currently have two websites using the same outdated theme. They are not serving our communications needs. We want to create one dynamic website. The goal of the updated site is to attract new audiences, and build connections within our existing community and supporters. These connections will be a major tool for use in boosting fundraising support and attendance at upcoming events, and help us create cohesion amongst existing community members.
