What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
What we have in place
  • We currently have a high-resolution logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have selected the merchandise, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to potentially provide staff with a wellness stipend.

This project will help us add an additional revenue stream.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo, images, and/or slogan in electronic format and visual brand identity (if available)

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss desired design aesthetic and target audience for merchandise

  • Professional creates initial design and sends to Volunteer Manager for up to three rounds of review and feedback

  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions along with print specifications

Our mission

Court Watch Montgomery (CWM)'s mission to ensure that victims of domestic violence have access to responsive and vital justice. Through its volunteers, CWM collects data in hundreds of protective order hearings each year, identifies troublesome processes, writes data-driven reports and advocates for specific changes to ensure judicial "best practices." As a result of CWM's reports, (i) additional funding for bailiffs has been secured, (ii) the courts have adopted procedures such as protected waiting rooms, staggered exits and safe child visitation exchanges, (iii) the number and quality of protective orders has increased, and (iv) fewer abusers have access to guns.
