Project Details
What We Need
- Designs for a physical event collateral such as step-and-repeats, banners, tablecloths
- Designs in appropriate formats for ordering with accurate, print-ready specifications
- Recommendations on a vendor to create item
- Note: This project does not include printing or ordering
Additional Details
We need 3 vertical banners, 2 organizational and 1 program banner - 1 polo shirt, 1 hoodie, business cards and a brochure about our organization. I recently went to ca conference where everyone (AND FUNDERS) wanted to learn how to join our network and sadly the digital card I had was not able to be scanned and I wanted to have something creative to leave on the tables. There is another convening in 3 months and I want to have materials ready this time.
What We Have In Place
- We currently have brand guide, logos, ideas you can work with, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some images and content you can re-purpose, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $1,550 , allowing us to pay for the actual cost of printed materials.
There were 4 funders and 150 people that fit our demographic of members, I was unable to reach them without having a personal conversation with each person and needed items to catch their eyes or to send them to that were reusable so we could capture their information and sign them up immediately

We host the largest global network of Black/African sustainability practitioners (Black Sustainability Network) with over 2,300 members and have hosted the annual Black Sustainability Summit since 2016.
