Mission

VIAC's mission is to transform the Old Barracks in Christiansted USVI into an urban campus & educational institute. We will teach, train, and certify young people from the VI in the building arts native to the Virgin Islands. VIAC wants young people to own & operate businesses connected to these crafts, creating a skilled local workforce capable of rebuilding and rehabilitating urban centers in the USVI & beyond. VIAC wants to serve as an anchor for the creation of a cultural economic corridor in the town of Christiansted; and increase the island's overall sustainability.
