Tidewater Friends of Foster Care believes every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. Our goal of improving foster care outcomes is achieved through targeted outreach and advocacy to increase the number of foster parents and foster care support systems. We also provide valuable services to foster youth such as, academic tutoring and enrichment programs.
