Mission

The Southwest Area Neighborhood Inc. at Montgomery Center (S.W.A.N) works in partnership with neighbors, businesses and other collaborative partners to identify the social and economic challenges of the community. Our goal is to improve the quality of life in the Southwest Rochester areas targeting zip codes 14608, 14611 and 14619 in the areas of public mental and physical health, public safety, education, housing, economic development, aging services, youth and public infrastructure.
