Mission

As a community based organization we ignite positive transformations in the lives of teens grappling with poverty. We are dedicated to providing mentorship, education and enriching activities that transcends traditional boundaries, fostering holistic development unlocking the full potential of each individual. Through targeted programs and personalized mentorship, we strive to equip teens with the essential tools to break free from the cycle of poverty to build a foundation for a thriving future.

Our core focus areas encompass workforce development, college readiness, life skills, financial literacy, and self-awareness.

What We Do

We empower minority youth to be community and global changemakers through mentoring relationships that focus on workforce development, college prep, life skills, self awareness all of which increases their probability of success one empowering experience at a time. We partner with community schools, churches and CBOs to provide our staple training program, "Now What!" This program prepares middle through high school students for success after high school graduation.
