Our mission is to empower minority girls to be community and global changemakers through nurturing mentoring relationships, education, travel and cultural arts experiences; increasing their probability of success one empowering experience at a time.

What We Do

We empower minority girls to be community and global changemakers through mentoring relationships, college prep, job readiness, travel and cultural outings all of which increases their probability of success one empowering experience at a time. We partner with community schools, churches and CBOs to provide our staple training program, "Now What!" This program prepares middle through high school students for success after high school graduation.
