Mission

Rosati Leadership Academy's (RLA) mission is to break down barriers to after-school youth development programs. We create and sustain safe, FREE, everyday, diverse, youth development environments with cultures defined by sustainable, trusting relationships, rich social-emotional opportunities, a futsal model, and a mindfulness curriculum. Students encounter daily leadership challenges at RLA, and we provide appropriate support and role modeling for them to problem-solve in organic situations and de-escalate conflicts among their peers. Rosati sessions are open to all elementary and middle school age children in Lewiston, and most RLA families are members of the Lewiston refugee/immigrant population.
