MissionROSAesROJO makes wellness and prevention accessible for the high-risk cancer population of Hispanic women in North Texas by educating them on nutrition, physical activity, emotional health, and positive thinking, filling the gap created by cultural barriers, offering a Spanish solution, using culturally relevant content.
It is possible thanks to the programs:
1. The Rojo Way - a 20-hour program that uses in-person and virtual group training, 1:1 mentorship sessions, support groups, and virtual resources.
2. SuperVive (http://rosaesrojo.org/es/podcast/) - a virtual wellness education segment based on a podcast and YouTube video series.
