Mission

Pregones/Puerto Rican Traveling Theater is multigenerational performing ensemble, multidiscipline arts presenter, and owner/steward of arts facilities in The Bronx and Manhattan. Our mission is to champion a cultural legacy of universal value through creation and performance of original plays and musicals, exchange and partnership with other artists of merit, and engagement of diverse audiences.

What We Do

- MAINSTAGE: original plays/musicals
by our acclaimed Latinx acting and music ensemble
- PRESENTING: theater, music, dance, and film/media works by other artists of merit and diverse heritage
- EDUCATION: lifelong arts learning for youth, adults, and seniors, and career advancement for artists of color
- TOURING: performances and creative exchange locally, nationally, and internationally
