Based on an open approach to holistic learning and world culture, the Center's goal is to offer a meeting place where people of shared values can improve their wellness, nurture their creativity, broaden their horizons and develop community.

What We Do

For over 25 years the New York Open Center has been the city's leading center of holistic learning and world culture. We offer daily classes in Holistic Health, Spirituality, Self Development, the Arts and more. Our programs are intended to heal the body, nourish the soul and awaken the spirit. We also offer wellness sessions in many modalities including acupressure, shiatsu, reiki, polarity, cranial sacral balancing and more.
