Mission

MedTech Color (MTC) to advance the representation
of underrepresented ethnic minority groups in the
Medical Device Industry.

We have three core objectives:

Build and support a community of that sponsor and
mentor to increase the number of leaders of color;

Increase the number of African Americans who enter
and stay in MedTech;

Add tangible value to the MedTech ecosystem via
thought-leadership.
