Mission

The Mission of the LCEF TLC Fund is to assist Louisa County residents with the basic needs of daily living during a crisis situation.

What We Do

We provide financial assistance for housing or utility payments to keep Louisa County residents in their homes with basic needs (water, heat, electricity).
