Mission

Litchfield Health and Wellness Resources, Inc. (LH&WR) is committed to providing support, information, and assistance to the residents of Litchfield that will promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle. By working in partnership with local health and home care agencies, the Town of Litchfield, and other community organizations, residents will have access to current health and wellness related information, resources, and educational opportunities.
