Mission

Hawaii Wildlife Fund is a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of Hawaii's native wildlife.

Our mission is to support conservation of Hawaii's native wildlife through research and education.

What We Do

RESEARCH - Our scientists work to obtain knowledge about Hawaii's threatened and endangered species in order to assist in their recovery.

EDUCATION - Our marine science educators mentor in local elementary schools, teaching the next generation the importance of conservation.
Our onboard naturalists teach snorkelers about the wildlife they are encountering, as well as responsible boating and reef behavior.

PARTNERSHIPS - We forge alliances with other community organizations and businesses to educate visitors and residents of Hawaii about the marine ecosystem and impending threats.
