Mission

Girls On The Run is a physical activity-based, positive youth development program. This program is designed to enhance girls ( grades 3-8th grade ) social, psychological and physical skills as well as behaviors to successfully navigate life experiences. This program in our communities inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using fun, experienced-based curriculum, which creatively integrates running.
