Mission

At Fostering Dreams Project we use dance and performing arts to empower, educate and inspire youth in foster care. We provide exclusive opportunities to learn dance as a way of being more expressive, socially, and academically engaged. More than just dance, our program teaches life skills to help youth build confidence, become leaders, and create successful futures.
