Mission

ELM is a full scholarship multi-year program that provides music education, ensemble, and performance opportunities to youth to develop the social, emotional, and academic skills they need to succeed in life.

What We Do

ELM inspires underserved youth from the Canal neighborhood to envision and achieve lifelong success emotionally, socially, and academically through music education, performance and engagement in a vibrant center of music excellence.
