Mission

End With Care is an educational website resource that provides and promotes public, professional and institutional awareness regarding end-of-life issues. Through information, access to resources and communication, End With Care will contribute to enhancing the quality of life, at the end of life.

What We Do

Many individuals and families face end-of-life challenges without access to resources and support. Within Massachusetts, there are services, care providers and support resources available for those facing life-threatening illness or injury, either for themselves or as caregivers for family or friends. Yet sadly, many who might benefit from this information have difficulty locating needed resources or worse are not even aware they exist.

End With Care, collects and present information about end-of-life resources that will assist individuals, their loved ones and caregivers to make more informed decisions about care at a most vulnerable time. Along with valuable end-of-life related topics and content, our central focus is a comprehensive, easy-to-use, interactive directory of end-of-life care and service providers, organizations, and related agencies serving communities throughout Massachusetts.

Our website resource helps those in need to navigate a difficult time, circumvent problems, plan for and locate resources, and make better use of the limited time remaining. We strive to offer a path to a more positive vision and a more dignified passage through the last days of life.

Our goal is to provide a bridge between those in need and those who can provide care and support.
