What We Do

Grow young BIPOC leaders in the cooperative food system through our
BUD (Build, Unlearn, Decolonize) co-op education program and Racial Justice Fellowship.

We also support young BIPOC cooperators advancing food and land justice through a national network of young cooperators of color (MyceliYUM) and a regranting fund for BIPOC cooperators (CROP)
