Create an incubator atmosphere where our community developers can provide their time and talents to the community to create interpersonal relationships and develop their passions as a free service under Burden Bearers Inc. Develop programs that advance our community developers capabilities until they feel free to cleave off and do their own non-profit or remain aligned with Burden Bearers Inc.
