Capital Heights Neighborhood Association promotes stable home ownership by connecting neighborhood residents, engaging youth in positive activities, supporting the elderly and partnering with community organizations.

To nurture and develop healthy communities by creating employment opportunities, promoting education, and celebrating diversity and neighborhood pride. Capitol Heights will remain a safe and desirable place to live for families and community partners.
