-A list of competitors and: 1) some of the language they use to describe similar products, 2) a sense of their pricing structures, 3) links to their online stores

What we have in place
  • We currently have drafts of the curricular materials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some ideas about who our competitors may be, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,948 , allowing us to provide leadership support and coaching to 3 public school administrators.

The Advocacy materials will be the first we sell through the online store we are launching. While sales of these products will bring in revenue, we also hope they will be an entry point for conversations about consulting work with schools, districts, and other non-profit organizations. We have a host of materials that we could jazz up and market through this store if this initial project goes well. Ultimately we are aiming to create more opportunity for us to partner with schools to create environments where students are empowered with the skills they need to succeed.
