I'd like strategic advice to set a framework for our non-profit medical clinic to expand and grow. We have multiple policies and programs in place but are scattered & need help focusing & organizing

I am looking for specific step-by-step help and resources to begin the process of reorganizing so that we can successfully expand and serve more patients.

Our mission
Our primary mission is to understand and serve the health and wellness needs of the uninsured medically underserved population and their households living in Southern Ocean County, by providing free primary health care using volunteer clinicians as service providers.
What we do
Coastal Volunteers in Medicine is a clinic that provides free, non-emergency primary medical services to uninsured and qualified residents of Southern Ocean County, and neighboring areas. Eligible persons that have no health insurance, and have an annual income equal to or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.
