Fundraising Plan
Project details
What we need
- A thorough analysis of the current fundraising strategy and tactics
- Clear fundraising targets for the next 2-4 years, tied to the organization's operating budget and program goals
- Strategic planning around which tactics to should pursue (e.g., grants, crowdfunding, e-giving, direct mail, events, and galas), and audiences to target (e.g., individual, major donor groups, foundations, corporations, or government)
- Clear timelines to help the organization execute on the proposed tactics
What we have in place
- We currently have a development committee and a motivated board, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have had meetings with other non-profits about long-term strategy and organizational sustainability. In addition, we are happy to provide any other information you might need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,500 , allowing us to put programs in place to eventually hire 3 additional employees.
The success of our organization depends on long-term planning in a highly competitive arts market. Without your help, we cannot take a longer view of our mission and plan accordingly. Your skills will empower us to create a strategic two-four year plan for our organization.
