What we need
- Creation of a strategic plan for an online crowdfunding campaign
- Step-by-step guidance throughout the implementation of the campaign
- Evaluation at the end of the campaign to gauge effectiveness and guide strategy for future campaigns
What we have in place
- We currently have 2,200 emails, 1,500 twitter, 900 facebook, and more.., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have great content all summer! 500 girls geeking out on science at our summer Academies, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,500 , allowing us to inspire and serve 15 STEM Girls.
The success of our organization depends on funding from our supporters. Without your help, we cannot provide the STEM experience of a lifetime for girls. Your skills will empower us to engage current and new advocates of girls in STEM.

Our mission
Our mission is to expose a diverse population of young girls to a high-quality STEM academy that inspires confidence in their pursuit of learning throughout the year.
Our vision is to originate a diverse STEM talent pool by building confidence for over 20,000 girls by 2022.
What we do
Through engagement of top STEM companies, universities, teachers and hands on curriculum our girls discover the endless opportunities available to them in STEM. At Project Scientist, we currently hold virtual lab sessions in which girls can build relationships with women in STEM fields, experienced teachers, and each other. In each session, girls are introduced to various STEM topics and participate in hands-on experiments led by their teachers.
