What we need
- A thorough analysis of the current fundraising strategy and tactics
- Clear fundraising targets for the next 2-4 years, tied to the organization's operating budget and program goals
- Strategic planning around which tactics to should pursue (e.g., grants, crowdfunding, e-giving, direct mail, events, and galas), and audiences to target (e.g., individual, major donor groups, foundations, corporations, or government)
- Clear timelines to help the organization execute on the proposed tactics
What we have in place
- We currently have about 700 contacts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a great CRM system to manage fundraising, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,500 , allowing us to inspire 24 elementary classes.
We are lucky to have a major donor who will match our donations x4, if we can increase our community contributions significantly this year. Outside our member drive and one big summer event, our fundraising plan is pretty haphazard. We'd love your help in turning random giving into more organized efforts, taking into consideration we are a very small organization with extremely limited resources.

We are dedicated to cultivating Visual Arts through education by partnering with schools and the community.
What we do
We work with our local school districts integrating visual arts into core curriculum. In addition, we provide quality visual art instruction to youth and adults, as well as career development skills to artists. We advocate and promote the arts in our valley. We showcase local artists.
