Project details

What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

We use Squarespace for our website. We need help to have a modernized updated website.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a new logo, updated ideas, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have icons that have been created, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to focus on our community outreach and job creation.

This project will help our organization achieve this goal of having a website that is both informative and entertaining rely information for local artist looking for services that we offer.

Prep: Share Scope of Changes
  • Volunteer Manager shares link to existing website with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site

Our mission

Our mission is to: Encourage creative dreamers to become Authentic Artists.

As a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, we work as community conduits to cultivate God-given gifts of youth drawn to the arts and entertainment industry. Education via exposure to behind-the-scenes crafts, video production, music, stage plays and more enriches lives. The Arts teach life lessons, self confidence, professionalism and respect. We support artistic passions empowering youth to practice good work ethics and obtain gainful employment.
